PRO SERVICE. Cloud City Drones is a Pro Service shop. We understand our clients needs. Safety, reliability, and communication are critical to our success.

 

Please note that, due to high demand, the repairs may take 3-4 weeks. We will do a thorough check of your drone to make sure we cover everything!

*International repairs may be subject to import taxes and duties. Turnaround time may be extended to 4-5 weeks due to the delivery timeframe.*

We can handle any problem, known or unknown, and guarantee our work with a 30-day warranty! Our skilled technicians at Cloud City Drones will have your drone up and flying in just three simple steps.

  1. Fill out a Repair Request Form (See Tab Above or Below on Mobile Devices)
  2. Ship or bring us your drone and remote
  3. We will do the assessment and repair
*Prepayment is not required. Payment is only necessary after the evaluation is completed and the invoice for the repair has been issued.*


The repair process is simple.

  1. When we receive your drone, we will register it and put it in line for diagnosis.
  2. When it's your turn, a technician will inspect your drone and find out what it needs.
  3. Once evaluated, we will issue an invoice to your provided email. 
  4. After your payment is submitted, we will start replacing the parts.
  5. When we finish, we will test your drone to be sure it works well and get it back to you!

 

If you decide the repair is too expensive or don't want to continue, please let us know! We will adjust the bill accordingly or explore financing options.

  • How long will it take to get repaired?

Cloud City Drones prides itself on being one of the fastest repair locations for DJI products. However, safety is our primary concern. All repairs have a 3-4 week turnaround time. 

Once we receive your drone we will diagnose everything and issue you an invoice. As soon as payment is complete we will begin the work. 

Express services are unavailable at this time.

  • What should I send in?

All we ask for is the aircraft and remote controller only. Sending in your aircraft with a case is acceptable.

Accessories such as batteries, props, SD cards, filters, cables, etc.. should remain in your possession.

*Disclaimer* - Cloud City Drones is not responsible for damaged or lost accessories sent in along with the repair. 

  • What is the shipping address?

Make sure to include the controller, but leave the batteries at home. Ship your drone to us in its original packaging, if possible. Sending your aircraft in a case is also acceptable. Please include a reference paper as well (so your repair can be properly accounted for).

  • Can I have my damaged parts returned?

As of right now, we do not offer the return of damaged parts. Since the start of Covid-19, most repairs are no longer done in our main facility. They are taken to a separate local facility by our techs, and damaged parts are either used for testing purposes, discarded accordingly, or sent to DJI for refurbishment.
