You can certainly add items to your order after it has been paid. Send us a message letting us know what you need and we will send you an invoice for the added items. This may, however, result in additional shipping charges.
Please note, if your order has already shipped a new order will need to be placed.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number link to track your package.
If your order has not yet shipped you can view your order details in your account "Orders" page. If your order was placed using guest checkout send us a message and we can look into your order.
If the product ordered is currently out of stock the status of your order will be "back-ordered".
We will ship any items that are in stock, by default. If you would like us to hold the shipment so everything comes together please let us know.
If you would like to cancel or return your order please send us a message and we can issue you a refund for your order.
