Online Purchases Shipping Policy
Free shipping is eligible for all domestic orders over $30 in the continental United States, Tax not included. Offer valid only for domestic ground shipments in the United States. All orders over $500 are shipped with a signature required.
If you purchase an item from our online store at www.cloudcitydrones.com, your order will ship within 72 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends).
Items returned to the sender will be refunded minus shipping, including an additional $15 return label fee, and transaction fees.
Our online order daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00 PM ET for incoming orders. Particular circumstances may extend this. Cutoff does not guarantee the order will ship the same day.

At checkout, you will have several options to choose from when it comes to shipping. Depending on the destination location and size & weight of the shipment, certain services may or may not be available, and the transit times will vary depending on the service selected. Available services include:

We ship to most countries but do not currently ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.

International Shipping Import Fees
International Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure import eligibility to the desired destination before ordering. Cloud City Drones assumes no responsibility for unpaid customs & import fees directly resulting in the discarding of the package by customs staff. If the purchaser no longer wishes to cancel the order after it has shipped, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the associated fees.

Cloud Package Protection Policy & Information
What is the intent of Cloud Package Protection?
With our package protection program, maintain peace of mind with a delivery guarantee! In the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you may be eligible to receive a replacement order or a refund minus shipping at no extra cost. By default, Cloud Package Protection will automatically add to your cart. If you prefer not to protect your order, you may remove the protection by deselecting it below the cart total.
If the Cloud Package Protection is deselected in your cart, your order is not protected in the case of the events mentioned above. A lost, damaged, or stolen package would not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Packages: A damaged package is defined as a package that sustained significant damage to the integrity of the package and its contents. If your package is visibly or significantly damaged and requires a signature, do not sign for the package. Refuse the package and return it to the sender. Contact us if you have refused a package damaged in transit. Damaged packages that do not require a signature must be submitted to Cloud City Drones with photographic evidence. A photo of the damaged package, its contents, and our shipping label is required. If you do not wish to open the damaged package, a photo of the unopened damaged package with our shipping label is acceptable. However, if the submitted unopened package is returned opened, your eligibility may be at risk.
Lost Packages: A lost package is defined as a package lost in transit by the delivery service provider, a package with no scans or engagement within the last 72 hours, or a package that does not have an origin scan. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at hi@cloudcitydrones.com. A package marked as delivered by the delivery service provider or signed by the receiver is not a defined lost package. Please be aware of the delivery time frame as any signature, including but not limited to a household member or close neighbor, is considered a valid signature by the delivery service provider and Cloud City Drones.
Stolen Packages: A stolen package is defined as a package left at the delivery site, without a signature required, that has gone missing from the delivery site. If your package appears to have been stolen, a police report must be filed and submitted to Cloud City Drones. Failure to do so would result in the ineligibility of a replacement. A signed-for package is not a defined stolen package. Please be aware of the delivery time frame as any signature, including but not limited to a household member or close neighbor, is considered a valid signature by the delivery service provider and Cloud City Drones.
Cloud Package Protection is non-returnable or refundable once payment is processed. Placing an order with Cloud Package Protection means you agree and understand the aforementioned terms of Cloud Package Protection. If you do not agree to these terms, contact us immediately and deselect Cloud Package Protection for all your transactions.
**Cloud Package Protection is null and void in cases where there is malicious intent to defraud or abuse Cloud Package Protection. This includes, but is not limited to label manipulation, mail fraud, or otherwise reasonable belief of criminal activity. Parameters of a criminal nature are not the intent of Cloud Package Protection.**
