DJI OEM Replacement Gimbal Camera for the Mavic Mini
Product Calibration
After replacing the Mavic Mini Gimbal Camera, you may experience the following issues. The gimbal not sitting straight, not calibrating properly, or an error message stating that the gimbal IMU data needs to be calibrated. These are very normal things to happen and require a calibration using software made available only to DJI service centers as they must be run on a VPN.
If you are experiencing these symptoms with your new camera, you can send it to us for calibration. Please note, the replacement gimbal must be installed on the aircraft before sending it in. The calibration is $50 plus return shipping (you may provide a return label to eliminate return shipping costs), which is invoiced upon completion of the calibration. Should the calibration fail due to additional damage internally we will quote you on the repair (Including labor - $195). Declined repairs will be charged $97.50 for diagnostics.
Before sending in your aircraft, please email hi@cloudcitydrones.com or start a chat with us letting us know your name, email, phone number, and return address. From there we will contact you with a shipping address to send it in.
Gimbals purchased from other retailers will be charged a complete $225 repair charge
New Returns
Cloud City Drones will take back any new item up to 14 days after receiving your order.Items must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. New items returned 14 days after the received date can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without refund.

Open Box Returns
Cloud City Drones will take back any new and working item with all the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without refund.

International Returns
International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. New returns will be accepted for a full refund if product has not been opened or used. New products returned after 14 days and open box items returned before 30 days are both subject to a 20% restocking fee when refunded. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will not be refunded.
