The DJI Care Refresh plan provides you with peace of mind, covering damage to your FPV Drone. DJI Care Refresh is valid for two years and offers up to three full replacements at an additional charge if accidental damage occurs to your airframe, gimbal, propellers, and battery during normal use. This includes damage via water, user error, collision, drops, and signal interference. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a drone that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This plan also extends your initial FPV Drone warranty by one additional year.
For an additional charge, DJI Care Refresh offers up to three replacement FPV Drone units. The replacements will be in new or as-new condition in terms of performance and reliability.

If you are in the region where you purchased your aircraft, all shipping costs will be covered by DJI.
You have the option of using DJI's EXPRESS shipping option to get your replacement sooner.

After placing your order, your License key is available on your order confirmation page, as well, it will be emailed to you no more than 24-hours after purchase.

Please note these important details
- You will need the serial number of your drone to activate Care Refresh
- You will need to activate your Care Refresh plan within 48 hours of activating the aircraft.
- Care Refresh will be linked to the personal info used when activated. Make sure to only activate using the correct email, name, and phone number of the person who will handle any potential Care Refresh claim.
