• On-site – We come to you, anywhere in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, Eastern Connecticut.
• In-Store – Bring your computer(s) to our easily-accessible store in Warwick. Appointments are required.
• Remote Service – If you have Apple OSX Tiger10.11 or higher we can now help you resolve issues with a direct connection to your computer over the Internet. This will require you to install AnyDesk software.

• Mail-in – It’s easy to mail us your computer from anywhere in the United States. We suggest using UPS to ship your hardware. Both UPS and FedEx offer Laptop Boxes for safe guaranteed shipping. Shipments should be sent to:
